1.  What payment methods do you accept?

We accept money orders, cashier checks, electronic bank transfers,
direct deposit into our account and major credit or debit cards. (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover)

2.  How far in advance do I need to book my favorite act?

The earlier you contact us, the better we can serve you. 
We prefer a notice of 1 week, but we will make every effort to accommodate "last minute" requests.  

3.  How much does the entertainment cost?

Generally, the minimum charge for our entertainment is $120 and goes up. 

4.  How do I know I am getting quality entertainment?

We guarantee it!  We are a member in good standing of the Nashville Chamber of Commerce
and our reputation is our greatest asset.

5.  What if I need to cancel?

You must cancel 24 hours in advance.  Then, you have 30 days to reschedule your event. 
If you are unable to reschedule within that time period, your deposit is forfeited. We do not return or refund deposit unless Pro Entertainment is at fault!
Example: No shows, Late getting to party.......   (If event is cancelled last minute there is NO refund)

6.  What if I am from out of town and need a place to host my event?

We have facilities available at several local nightclubs, restaurants, and hotels. 
We can make these arrangements for you at an extra cost.

7.  I am an entertainer and would like information on having Pro Entertainment Nashville     represent me?

We are always interested in representing new talent.

8.  How far will your entertainers travel?

Our entertainers regularly travel outside of the metro Nashville and surrounding areas.
However, you are responsible for travel expenses.

9.  What if the entertainer is forced to cancel for some reason?

Very rarely are we forced to cancel an appearance.  On those very few occasions,
we will try to provide an alternate entertainer.  Otherwise, we will refund your deposit
and provide you a discount on your next booking.

10.  How much of a deposit do you require?

We require a minimum deposit of 40% of the total entertainment cost. 
The remainder must be paid in cash to the entertainer at the event. 

11.  What if I am dissatisfied?

Let us know immediately if you are dissatisfied with any of our entertainers. 
We will do everything within our power to make you happy. 
We only work with professional entertainers and have almost no complaints. 

12.  What if I don't see the style or exact entertainer I am looking for on your web site?

We have contacts with other booking agencies and can often fulfill your needs. 
Contact us and we will do everything we can to make your event a success!

13.  Do you offer any discounts for booking multiple entertainers?

Yes, we offer discounts when you book multiple entertainers for a single event. 
We also offer special reduced rates on limo rentals when you book entertainment with us.

14.  How do I know that the entertainment I have booked will show up?

When you place your deposit, your entertainment is reserved.  

15.  Can you arrange entertainment for
 large gatherings?

Yes, we can host male revues, comedy acts, belly dancers, jazz musicians, blues acts,
Rock & Roll acts, & more!  They all make great entertainment for large crowds. We also offer Party Bus, Hypnotist, Ventriloquist, Luau Dancers, Disc Jockey's for music you name it we got it!

16.  I notice you provide entertainment for bachelor and bachelorette parties. 
What will these entertainers do or not do during their acts?

Our entertainers each have different style acts.  Some are more adult in nature than others. 
You should contact us with any special requests in advance to ensure your satisfaction. 
Our entertainers will try to accommodate your audience as best they can. 
They are not "escorts" and do not provide illegal services. NONE!!!

17.  Rules and Regulations:

 Pro Entertainment Nashville will not tolerate under age drinking , violence, drugs or anything that would be considered illegal! We can control what happens while in the presence of our staff or entertainers. They have every right to refuse to do business if they are put in a position that makes them uncomfortable. All rules and regulations will apply! If not the party or event can be canceled with no refund! We are not responsible for what happens away from our Limo, Party Bus and Staff.
