We accept money orders, cashier checks, electronic bank transfers, Company Checks (NO PERSONAL CHECKS), direct deposit into our account and major credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Debit Cards). We Do Not Take Discover.
Entertainer rates can start from $200 and go up to $1000 or more. Based on the type of entertainment or service you are getting. Transportation starts at $100 hour up to $225 hour based on what type of vehicle you are renting. Click Here For Rates on our fleet. Party Rentals rates are endless. We offer everything from Tents, Tables and Chairs to Inflatables & Extreme Games, Catering, Bartenders, etc… If you need several things for your event Contact Us with all your information (date, time, location and how many people we are entertaining) and list of everything you need.
We guarantee it! We are a member in good standing of the Nashville Chamber of Commerce and our reputation is our greatest asset.
You must cancel 24 hours in advance. Then, you have 30 days to reschedule your event.
If you are unable to reschedule within that time period, your deposit is forfeited. We do not return or refund deposit unless Pro Entertainment is at fault! Example: No shows, Late getting to party……. (If event is cancelled last minute there is NO refund and we may charge you in full for the amount that was agreed upon).
We have facilities available at several local nightclubs, restaurants, and hotels. We can make these arrangements for you at an extra cost.
Our entertainers regularly travel outside the metro Nashville and surrounding areas. However, you are responsible for travel expenses.
Very rarely are we forced to cancel an appearance. On those very few occasions, we will try to provide an alternate entertainer. Otherwise, we will refund your deposit and provide you a discount on your next booking.
We require a minimum deposit of 40% of the total of entertainment or service total cost. Or payment in full. If making a deposit the remainder must be paid in cash to the entertainer or attendant on the date of the event.
Let us know immediately if you are dissatisfied with any of our entertainers or service. We will do everything within our power to make you happy. We only work with professional entertainers/attendants and have almost no complaints.
We have contacts with other booking agencies and can often fulfill your needs. Contact Us and we will do everything we can to make your event a success!
Yes, we offer discounts when you book multiple entertainers for a single event. We also offer special reduced rates on limo rentals when you book entertainment with us.
When you place your deposit, your entertainment is reserved.
In order to get the best selection, please let us know ASAP. Some of our inflatables are in high demand and could already be booked if you don’t reserve it ahead of time. Generally speaking, we recommend booking your rental anywhere from weeks to months in advance. We understand that people have last-minute needs, and we are still happy to serve those customers with whatever inventory is still available.
